Attachment Theory Deep Dive for Impact Makers
Learn How to Strengthen your Self-Leadership and Earn Secure Attachment in support of your Professional Growth
You'll learn about attachment theory, and specifically the attachment strategies that lead to anxiety, imposter syndrome, over-working and professional stall-out.
Not only that, but you'll get to practice a mindfulness technique in real-time, guided by your coach Jess Lipman, which is designed to relieve stress, anxiety, and guilt, while tapping into greater emotional resilience, confidence, courage and worthiness. Living a meaningful life and making your greatest impact requires that you’re fully ready to explore, but we must first set up the inner foundation for success and sustainability (and face our inner challenges with compassion and grace).

You deserve greater momentum, flow and whole life balance. You deserve to explore things that are authentically meaningful to you (without feeling fear, shame or guilt).
You'll walk away with:
Attachment 101 (and what you NEED to know to thrive in your career)
This level of clarity, knowledge and self-mastery can help you effectively and skillfully manage your own attachment activations (so that you don't stall out, back out or avoid your wellbeing and passions in life). Not only that, but this insight can help you influentially support and work with your clients, colleagues, partner, friends and even strategic partners in a way that's congruent with THEIR attachment strategies.
The Underlying Issue
Non-secure attachment styles, like Dismissive Avoidance, Anxious Preoccupied, or Disorganized, can lead to some undesirable behavior AND outcomes in our lives as adults. What motivates your over-giving behavior, and what's the impact on your life? What's motivating you to people-please, or say 'yes' to everyone? What's the impact? And so forth. We'll look at the core underlying motivations that result in self-abandonment, inauthenticity, and avoidance of own meaningful exploration.
The Boundary Blueprint for Anxious Impact Makers
One powerful and essential way to address attachment injury and earn secure attachment is by setting aligned boundaries! We'll dive into how to set and maintain boundaries (and the mindfulness technique for resiliently navigating the emotions or roadblocks that arise along the way). You'll get to practice that technique in real-time during the session, giving you a taste of emotional self-regulation that is designed to end patterns of self-abandonment.
An Effective Approach at the Intersection of Mindfulness + Secure Attachment Development
In this workshop, you'll learn about an effective, unique approach to authentic exploration and engaging your impact work, free and clear of resistance, avoidance and guilt. This approach has helped tons of entrepreneurs, impact makers, and creatives tap into strong emotional resilience and enduring courage. I'll guide you in a Mindful Resource guided meditation LIVE in session, helping you feel into all 5 tenets of secure attachment.

This is for you if...
✔️ You are an impact maker (entrepreneur, coach, service provider, executive or creative) who feels strapped on time, drained and not sure how to restructure your life.
✔️ You love helping others (family, friends, colleagues, clients) but you know that you have a tendency to be too available. You know this pattern is now impacting your health and happiness.
✔️ It's much easier to support others than engage with your own life, passions and values. It can even be painful or challenging when you do attempt to look at your own life and make time for yourself (because of guilt feelings, sadness, resentment or unfamiliarity).
✔️ You're ready to tap into more spaciousness, ease, joy and playfulness. You just don't know how to get started.
What Clients Are Saying
“Jess's mindfulness and business coaching has been the biggest blessing for me. Beyond just teaching me the Unified Mindfulness System (which is awesome!), she genuinely cares about my personal and professional problems and how I can use mindfulness strategies to get me closer to my goals. I feel more clarity in my vision, confidence in my mental toughness, and confident on my journey. 100% recommend Jess to every dream chaser, entrepreneur, and big thinking out there trying to do big things. You're the best Jess!”
- Timmy B., COO for Charlie of The Dream Machine
“Since working with Jess, I stepped into a major role in building a company (something I never thought was possible) that now provides great work/life balance and true excitement. I’m more present in my relationships, and I beat myself up a lot less. I’m more willing to be an honest, authentic version of myself without obsessing about what people are going to think. Jess makes me feel powerful, calm, and loved and inspires me to shine. These days, I’m making choices based on new revelations brought up during our coaching sessions and reflection, instead of fear. I am more confident in who I am than I have ever been and have been using my voice and shining my light in the world."

“I have been so blown away by the ground we’ve covered in the short time of 6 months of working with her, in every area of my life. When I think back to where I was when I originally started working with Jess, I was in a place where I wanted to take my mindfulness meditation practice deeper and stick to one kind of practice within it, and have the accountability to do that well. I had no idea how much deeper and more expansive we were able to go together just from the foundation of mindfulness. Just the insight and well of wisdom Jess holds as a human, and the systems and tools she knows: it was so much bigger than I realized. The results of us working together have been very profound. Truly, when I think about where I was then to where I am now, every area of my life has been impacted. Starting with personal relationships, I’ve been able to cultivate deeper connections with people and also honor boundaries I have of my own. Also, I now have more empathy and compassion for others and their boundaries. That’s been huge. Also, a big focus was on career, profession and business and getting the clarity and insight I needed to move forward and grow in all those areas. I highly recommend working with her. She is an incredible coach, teacher and human being. Wherever you are on your journey with mindfulness, whether you have a meditation practice or you don’t, she’s the person who can really equip you with the tools and skills and help you get set up up for success."
