LIVE WORKSHOP
The Cost of Over-Giving
Learn 3 Ways to End the Cycle of Self-Sacrifice and Embrace Whole Life Balance (Guilt-Free)
You'll learn about why you're giving away too much of your time, how that's impacting your happiness, and the path to cultivating whole life balance (guilt-free).
We'll dive into a mindfulness and attachment theory perspective on this very COMMON form of burnout. Not only that, but you'll get to practice a mindfulness technique in real-time, guided by your coach Jess Lipman, which is designed to relieve stress, anxiety, and guilt, while tapping into greater emotional resilience, confidence, courage and worthiness. Living a meaningful life and making your greatest impact requires that you make time for YOU (while also serving others, in balance). We must first face this roadblock with compassion and grace.

You deserve to get your needs met and
explore what feelings most meaningful to you (while still supporting others).
You'll walk away with:
The Boundary Blueprint for Anxious Impact Makers
One powerful and essential way to address over-giving and misaligned generosity is setting boundaries! We'll dive into how to set and maintain boundaries (and the mindfulness strategy for resiliently navigating the emotions or roadblocks that arise along the way).
The Difference Between Generosity and Self-Abandonment
I'll demystify 'generosity', putting it into context guided by attachment theory. We'll uncover the 'too much' in giving too much, illuminating your core, unmet needs that get abandoned when imbalance takes hold in your life. We'll also look at ways in which you can be generous, while also self-advocating and tapping into whole life balance courageously.
The Path to Balance, Greater Energy + Exploration
The desire to help our team members, friends and family is admirable (but sometimes an avoidance strategy). We'll look at how generosity can become a false narrative that we use to avoid our own lives, and our own exploration. We'll look at the mindfulness + attachment healing path to reclaiming our exploration and taking meaningful risks resiliently and courageously.
An Effective Approach at the Intersection of Mindfulness + Secure Attachment Development
In this workshop, you'll learn about an effective, unique approach to authentic exploration and engaging your impact work free and clear of resistance, avoidance and guilt. This approach has helped tons of entrepreneurs, impact makers, and creatives tap into strong emotional resilience and enduring courage.
Meet Your Coach
Hi! I'm Jess Lipman, Unified Mindfulness Lead Coach. I support impact makers in building the courage and inner resilience to do anything unapologetically.

I've been practicing mindfulness for over 15 years, led by teachers Shinzen Young and George Haas.

This is for you if...
✔️ You are an impact maker (entrepreneur, coach, service provider, executive or creative) who feels strapped on time, drained and not sure how to restructure your life.
✔️ You love helping others (family, friends, colleagues, clients) but you know that you have a tendency to be too available. You know this pattern is now impacting your health and happiness.
✔️ It's much easier to support others than engage with your own life, passions and values. It can even be painful or challenging when you do attempt to look at your own life and make time for yourself (because of guilt feelings, sadness, resentment or unfamiliarity).
✔️ You're ready to tap into more spaciousness, ease, joy and playfulness. You just don't know how to get started.
What Clients Are Saying
“Jess's mindfulness and business coaching has been the biggest blessing for me. Beyond just teaching me the Unified Mindfulness System (which is awesome!), she genuinely cares about my personal and professional problems and how I can use mindfulness strategies to get me closer to my goals. I feel more clarity in my vision, confidence in my mental toughness, and confident on my journey. 100% recommend Jess to every dream chaser, entrepreneur, and big thinking out there trying to do big things. You're the best Jess!”

“Since working with Jess, I stepped into a major role in building a company (something I never thought was possible) that now provides great work/life balance and true excitement. I’m more present in my relationships, and I beat myself up a lot less. I’m more willing to be an honest, authentic version of myself without obsessing about what people are going to think. Jess makes me feel powerful, calm, and loved and inspires me to shine. These days, I’m making choices based on new revelations brought up during our coaching sessions and reflection, instead of fear. I am more confident in who I am than I have ever been and have been using my voice and shining my light in the world."

“I have been so blown away by the ground we’ve covered in the short time of 6 months of working with her, in every area of my life. When I think back to where I was when I originally started working with Jess, I was in a place where I wanted to take my mindfulness meditation practice deeper and stick to one kind of practice within it, and have the accountability to do that well. I had no idea how much deeper and more expansive we were able to go together just from the foundation of mindfulness. Just the insight and well of wisdom Jess holds as a human, and the systems and tools she knows: it was so much bigger than I realized. The results of us working together have been very profound. Truly, when I think about where I was then to where I am now, every area of my life has been impacted. Starting with personal relationships, I’ve been able to cultivate deeper connections with people and also honor boundaries I have of my own. Also, I now have more empathy and compassion for others and their boundaries. That’s been huge. Also, a big focus was on career, profession and business and getting the clarity and insight I needed to move forward and grow in all those areas. I highly recommend working with her. She is an incredible coach, teacher and human being. Wherever you are on your journey with mindfulness, whether you have a meditation practice or you don’t, she’s the person who can really equip you with the tools and skills and help you get set up up for success."
